Reports to a manager or director. No direct reports.
Education: Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Pursuit of insurance coursework such as AFSB is desirable.
Experience: Seven years of progressive surety underwriting experience preferred.
Skills: Deep knowledge of surety products, excellent interpersonal and sales skills, ability to perform independently with sound judgment, and a results-driven mindset.
