Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a TMTT Territory Manager for the Texas region (Austin and San Antonio). You will drive sales growth, guide physicians in device use, and partner with Field Clinical Specialists and Regional Director to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires expertise in interventional cardiology, strong sales acumen, and leadership that fosters trust. Candidates must have proven experience in selling innovative cath lab products and be willing to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience required.
• Medical device sales experience preferred.
• A willingness to travel up to 50% (includes car, air, overnight).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate highest-quality case support in assigned geography to prioritize optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop and execute annual plans to achieve and exceed territory objectives.
• Work efficiently on complex projects, both independently and as part of a field team.
• Optimize resources for customer engagement.
• Informally mentor new colleagues to support development of a robust field footprint in the United States.
