Job summary

PAPE’ MACHINERY, INC. – CONSTRUCTION & FORESTRY DIVISION – SPARKS, NV is seeking a Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region.

You will build relationships with new and existing customers, sell construction and allied equipment (including Wirtgen), and work to grow market share with a competitive pay and commissions. Pape’ emphasizes growth, training, and a strong work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Track record of building strong customer relationships
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell construction and allied equipment within your defined territory, including products like Wirtgen.
• Develop new business while maintaining and expanding relationships with current customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and account management.
• Represent Pape’ Machinery professionally and deliver excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

As our Territory Manager, you will be in a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited! Your primary focus will be on selling all types of construction and Allied Equipment to include Wirtgen, leveraging technology to provide customers efficiency and profit for their business, and building market share in the territory.
