AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee operations in the Tulsa district. You will be responsible for safety performance, customer experience and achieving operating KPIs while efficiently managing staff and assets.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to train and motivate teams, and a commitment to world-class safety and service standards. Five+ years in a related management role plus preferred propane industry experience are expected.

Job Summary

The Territory Manager has operational responsibility for assigned district location(s) within their Area with accountability for overall effectiveness as measured by their Area’s record on safety, the customer’s experience, operating KPI performance, while maintaining operational efficiencies through effective management of their staff and assets. The TM manages their multi-unit network of district operations by training, developing and motivating their employees to complete their daily tasks with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required, college degree strongly preferred
• Five or more years’ experience in a related management role. Experience in the propane industry is a plus.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required

The pay for this position ranges from $91,900.00/annually to $124,100.00/annually, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
