Job summary

Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Stanley Access Technologies in Memphis, TN to build and maintain client relationships, manage projects, and drive growth of automatic pedestrian door solutions.

You will meet with accounts, coordinate service teams, craft quotes, and work toward quarterly revenue targets while ensuring post‑sale satisfaction and ongoing account development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration, relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must reside in the market area.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with assigned client accounts, by phone or in person, ensuring satisfaction and resolving escalated issues.
  • Evaluate clients’ needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Serve as a single point of contact and coordinate client‑service teams.
  • Identify and promote cross‑selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Provide client training or basic support as needed.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers to secure procurement of Stanley products directly or via other channels.
  • Review plans, specifications, and job‑site conditions to craft quotes and achieve revenue targets.
  • Use Salesforce’s bid module to generate quotes and manage the customer base.
  • Coordinate with branch personnel for delivery and installation scheduling.
  • Coordinate with credit department to secure terms and timely payment.
  • Maintain post‑sale and installation customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly reports and participate in weekly digital calls.
  • Pre‑sell products to architects through planning documents.
  • Educate architects and specification writers on Stanley products.
  • Keep current knowledge of ANSI standards and AAADM certification requirements.
  • Perform additional sales‑operations assignments as requested.

Overview

The Territory Manager will develop and maintain relationships with client accounts, manage project activities, and drive sales growth for Stanley Access Technologies’ automatic pedestrian door solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Meet regularly with assigned client accounts, by phone or in person, ensuring satisfaction and resolving escalated issues.
  • Evaluate clients’ needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Serve as a single point of contact and coordinate client‑service teams.
  • Identify and promote cross‑selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Provide client training or basic support as needed.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers to secure procurement of Stanley products directly or via other channels.
  • Build relationships with property managers, hospitals, contractors, glaziers, hardware suppliers, and owners.
  • Review plans, specifications, and job‑site conditions to craft accurate, margin‑managed quotations and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets.
  • Use Salesforce’s custom bid module to generate quotes and manage the customer base.
  • Work with branch personnel to schedule equipment delivery and installation.
  • Coordinate with the credit department to secure terms and ensure timely payment after completion.
  • Maintain involvement with post‑sale and installation customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare timely, accurate weekly reports and participate in weekly digital calls.
  • Pre‑sell products to architects through planning‑stage documents.
  • Educate architects and specification writers on Stanley products.
  • Keep current knowledge of ANSI standards and AAADM certification requirements.
  • Perform additional sales‑operations assignments as requested by the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration, relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic.
  • Must reside in the market area.
