Job summary

Gustave A Larson Company is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales for the SLC/American Fork territory. This full-time position focuses on building strong relationships with dealers, business owners, and HVAC companies.

You will grow and maintain a book of business, present national programs and promotions, apply HVAC product knowledge, and drive profitability with a customer-focused, growth-minded approach. Base pay plus commission and full benefits are offered.

Gustave A Larson Company is actively looking for our next sales team member to join us as a Territory Manager for the SLC/American Fork territory

We are an HVAC/R wholesale distributor, focused on great solutions for our customers to grow their business. We thrive on being customer service oriented, being nimble, balancing multiple responsibilities, and developing positive relationships with our teams to work together to get the job done.

• Customer Focused – We are passionate about serving all of our customers, including dealers, business owners and large HVAC companies and consolidators. We meet customers’ needs by maintaining positive business relationships, growing top line sales and profit margins, and delivering on our promises to help our customers grow.
• Grow and maintain a book of business- Develop and maintain customer and dealer relationships within an assigned territory as well as an assigned account list to drive profit and ensure customer satisfaction with service and products. Present and execute National Sales Programs and initiatives including co-op, rebates, returns, strategic business plans and corporate promotions to drive new business within an existing account by executing on business plans and dealer support events.
• HVAC product knowledge– You have to know the industry - understanding or a willingness to learn HVAC residential systems is a must, that experience is needed to assist in selling the right equipment and recommending the right systems for our customers’ jobs.
• Attention to Detail– Our industry is technical in nature and details matter. It’s not enough to do something “most of the time” – we need leaders who are experts in understanding the small details of our business, our customers and our profitability.
