The Territory Manager (Municipal wastewater) is responsible for leading the technical sales team to achieve long-term growth and expand into new markets, with a particular focus on the wastewater treatment and biological treatment sectors. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that drive adoption of advanced treatment solutions. The Manager also oversees the recruitment, training, and performance of the sales team, while providing strategic guidance to meet and exceed sales targets. Success in this position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both industrial sales processes and environmental treatment technologies.
The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
