Job summary

CGC Home Services in Howell, MI seeks an ambitious in-home sales professional to dominate a Southeast Michigan territory. You will run your own territory as a business, create and manage appointments, and relentlessly pursue KPI-driven results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of in-home sales (plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, roofing, or related) with strong closing skills, objection handling, and superior interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience in plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, or related field.
• Proven ability to handle objections and maximize revenue.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident presentation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Outside sales in homes and businesses

• You sell andrun your territory as a business Create your own appointments and run company provided appointments You track performance, identifygaps, and take extreme ownership of your results. You track KPIslike conversion rates, average ticket size, and closerates. You optimizeand refinesales strategies to increase efficiency and results. You are data-driven, notjust selling but analyzing why you are winning.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience(plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, roofing, or similar). Strong sales closer - youknow how to handle objections and maximize revenue. Strong Interpersonal Skills You own the room maintainingstrong eye contact, confidence, and conversation flow. You think fast on your feetand can adapt to any situation. You'rean active listener who can read the customer and adjust accordingly.
