Job summary

Millennium Health is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive territory growth by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships with healthcare providers. You will travel within your region to build trusted partnerships and manage a growing book of business.

Ideal candidates have healthcare sales experience, strong closing skills, and a track record of success. The role offers competitive base pay, commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree from a four-year university.
• 2+ years of progressive sales success.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Strong cold calling and closing skills.
• CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) and tech-savvy on the road.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel overnight.
• Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy and standards.

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited speciality laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients? recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree from a four-year, accredited university. This is a full-time, field-based position offered by Millennium Health.
• 2+ years with a demonstrated track record of continued, progressive sales success.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Strong cold calling and closing skills.
• Prior experience in pain management preferred.
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
• CRM experience (preferably Sales Force) and comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road.
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings.
• Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
• Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to.
