Job summary

Lentegrity is seeking a Territory Manager to drive origination and loan performance while representing the brand to auto dealers. This role blends remote work with regular field time in the Austin, TX area to build relationships and grow business.

You will train dealers on program guidelines, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Credit and Funding teams to achieve targets. A strong focus on risk management and market insights is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of auto industry sales experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Previous underwriting experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to negotiate rates and terms with auto dealers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Drive origination volume, profitability, and loan performance in your territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and independent auto dealers
• Represent Lentegrity’s values of customer service, dependability, and flexibility
• Train dealers on compliance and program guidelines

In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand to auto dealerships, helping them navigate our flexible lending programs while ensuring high-quality credit applications and deal performance.

**This role will require regular field time in the Austin, TX Metro area**
This is a remote position with up to 80% field time, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, travel, and making meaningful connections!
