You will meet with owners and decision-makers, presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions and building a growing client portfolio.

Prior sales experience is valued but not required; we will prioritize training the right person.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Nurture your own client portfolio and manage accounts.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
