Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading biopharma solutions company, is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to execute the sales plan in Minnesota. You will present to defined physicians and healthcare teams and act as a disease expert for your territory.

The role requires regular travel within the territory, strong relationship-building with prescribers, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with competitive compensation and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers and serve as a disease expert/resource.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
• Participate in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory.
