Job summary

Guest Worldwide is seeking a Sales Consultant to promote products and services to hotels and related markets. The role focuses on building relationships with new and existing customers, using consultative selling to grow sales of amenities, textiles, and MRO products within an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience with proven results in hospitality or distribution sales preferred.
• Experience in relationship selling managing new and existing opportunities and up-selling preferred.
• Experience with territory planning and account prioritization preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales tools to manage opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and identify new sales opportunities within accounts and territories.
• Make sales calls and presentations to build and sustain customer relationships and drive category penetration.
• Use consultative selling, product knowledge, ROI data, and CRM tools to target prospects and growth opportunities.
• Forecast sales results and trends for assigned accounts and territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.
