Job summary

Guest Worldwide is seeking a Sales Consultant to promote products and services and build strong relationships with hotel clients and partners. The role emphasizes consultative selling to grow sales of amenities, textiles, room accessories, paper, and MRO products in an assigned territory.

The position offers a base salary with quarterly bonuses based on KPI achievement and requires 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in hospitality or distribution sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven record of success.
• Hospitality or supply/distribution sales experience preferred.
• Relationship sales experience managing new and existing opportunities and up-selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within accounts and new prospects.
• Present products and solutions to customers using consultative selling techniques.
• Manage assigned accounts and improve customer experience.
• Forecast sales results and trends for territory.
