Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills
• Skilled in developing inter-personal relationships
• General knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts department functions, sales, and customer needs
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment industry required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Expand presence in assigned territory and increase product support revenue.
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations.
• Conduct after-sales visits.
• Deliver Komtrax and Warranty certificates and sign up electronic part ordering.
• Acquire customer information for CRM database.
• Perform 50-point machine inspections during visits.
• Promote Parts and Service marketing and All Makes opportunities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Service, Parts, and Sales.
• Maintain daily call reports in CRM.
• Coordinate with mainline salesperson to support customers.
• Other tasks as requested by manager
