Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• 1–2 years of B2B, healthcare, medical, or business development experience preferred.
• Behavioral health or mental health industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Support referral generation and territory development activities.
• Educate providers on TMS Therapy, clinical evidence, and patient benefits.
• Identify opportunities to grow referrals within assigned accounts.
• Partner with sales, operations, and clinical leadership to execute territory strategies.
• Track provider activity, referral trends, and account opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
