Greenbrook TMS, a leading provider of TMS Therapy, is seeking an entry-level field-based healthcare sales professional in Weymouth, MA. The role focuses on building relationships with behavioral health providers, psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care physicians to drive territory growth and referrals.

You will educate providers on TMS therapy, clinical evidence, and patient benefits while collaborating with sales, operations, and clinical leadership to execute territory strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Ability to learn and communicate complex information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Support referral generation and territory development activities.
• Educate providers on TMS Therapy, clinical evidence, and patient benefits.
• Identify opportunities to grow referrals within assigned accounts.
• Partner with sales, operations, and clinical leadership to execute territory strategies.
• Track provider activity, referral trends, and account opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
