Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare/related field.
• 3+ years of experience in provider recruitment, provider relations, account management, sales, or a related healthcare role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and recruit dental, vision, and hearing providers within an assigned territory to join the network.
• Build and maintain relationships with practice owners, administrators, and staff.
• Own the full provider relationship within the territory—from outreach and recruitment through onboarding, contracting support, and long-term management.
• Coordinate with contracting and credentialing teams and ensure smooth provider onboarding and ongoing participation.
• Prepare regular reports on territory performance including recruitment activity and network growth.
• Collaborate with contracting, credentialing, and network operations teams to deliver a seamless provider experience.
