Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years outside sales experience managing territories.
• Proven success in prospecting, relationship-building, and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to operate independently, analyze data with CRM tools, and develop strategic account plans.
• Experience in healthcare sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage external sales efforts through prospecting, in-person visits, and ongoing relationship development with healthcare providers and B2B accounts.
• Conduct educational presentations and demos to promote services, ensuring partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Optimize sales practices, maintain CRM data accuracy, and track KPIs to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and ensure consistent communication of services.
• Generate referral pipelines via outreach activities like calls, emails, and social engagement.
• Own reporting and manage partner escalations, fostering long-term relationships aligned with company goals.
• Travel within the territory for in-person meetings as needed.
