Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Territory Performance Manager to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and market expansion across assigned Avis and Budget Local Market locations within a defined geographic territory. You will manage multi-site performance and develop operators and dealers to improve fleet utilization and profitability.

This field-based role requires strong sales and analytical skills, frequent travel within the territory, and the ability to communicate performance trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales, marketing, territory management, or related areas.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities; able to present data to dealers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and market expansion across assigned locations.
• Onboard and develop operators and dealers; coach and train teams.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve P&L.
• Coordinate with inventory and reservation teams to optimize fleet utilization.
• Travel frequently within the territory to conduct site visits.
