Job summary

BiRite Foodservice Distributors is seeking a District Sales Representative to promote the Company’s products and build relationships with new and existing customers in the Bay Area and Sacramento. You will grow territory sales through new accounts and by strengthening relationships with current customers, while upholding BiRite’s standards in conducting business.

The role reports to the District Sales Manager and involves in-person visits, product demos, and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of outside broadline foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multilingualism is a plus.
• Geographical knowledge of the area assigned is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and objectives established by the Company.
• Open new accounts and conduct cold calls.
• Manage, grow, and maintain existing accounts.
• Conduct regular in person visits to build and maintain relationships, product demos and promotions.
