Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn financing, leasing, and documentation concepts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, data filtering, modeling, and analysis.
• Power BI experience and ability to build views and insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Komatsu Financial contact for assigned territory, spanning multiple states and dealerships.
• Manage a large retail portfolio; follow up on past-due installments and discuss plans or extensions.
• Act as main contact for distributor wholesale financing and floorplan questions; monitor activity and ensure proper payoff.
• Develop growth by gaining exposure to retail financing, wholesale risk, auditing, and cross-department functions.
