Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense in Virginia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate sales in your assigned area, with on‑the‑job training provided. You will contact homeowners, explain benefits and pricing, and complete sales documents to support Pest Control Technicians.

No sales experience is required, you can work flexible hours, and you can earn a 60k–75k annual salary with uncapped commissions. A company vehicle, gas card, phone, and iPad are provided along with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
