Job summary

Behr Paint Company seeks an Outside Pro Sales Representative to manage professional customers across residential repaint, commercial painting, and multi-family housing. You’ll own a portfolio, drive gallon growth, and collaborate with Behr teammates to deliver the right products on time.

You’ll work hours that vary with peak selling times, including evenings and weekends, and use Salesforce CRM to track progress in a data-driven way.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who works independently and in a team environment.
• Track record of successful selling abilities.
• Experience in home creation/improvement is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• CRM skills including Salesforce; digital fluency is a plus.
• HS diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree welcomed.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus with a diverse contractor base.
• Excellent customer service and follow-through for long-term relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
