Job summary

Behr Paint Company seeks a Territory Sales Representative to manage Behr-related business in multiple Home Depot stores in Utah. You will be the Behr face in stores, driving sales, training staff and customers, merchandising, and ordering supplies.

Expect variable hours including weekends and evenings as demand peaks. You will train associates and customers on Behr products, demonstrate finishes, and maintain vibrant, well-stocked displays.

Qualifications

• Proactive sales approach to generate value for customers.
• Ability to build relationships with store personnel, contractors and customers.
• Comfortable training groups and delivering in-store demonstrations.
• Merchandising and inventory management including lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ordering and restocking supply materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit Home Depot Stores daily as the face of Behr, handling sales, relationships and merchandising.
• Drive sales, manage orders, and solve problems to support Behr’s products in the stores.
• Work with store teams to ensure Behr displays are attractive and stocked.
