Behr Paint Company in Raleigh seeks an Outside Sales Representative to manage a professional customer portfolio across residential and commercial segments. You’ll craft market plans, use Salesforce for tracking, and collaborate with Behr Pro specialists and the Territory Sales Rep to deliver the right products at the right time.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong communication and relationship skills, and willingness to travel including occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
Hunter mentality with proven selling abilities.
Experience in home improvement is a plus.
Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of professional customers in Raleigh area.
Execute a strategic market plan and grow the territory using Salesforce.
Collaborate with Behr Pro Paint Specialist and Territory Sales Representative.
Close sales and drive gallon growth with excellent service.
