Job summary

Vanta Diagnostics is hiring Field Sales Representatives to cover assigned territories and promote our diagnostic product portfolio across multiple specialties. This role requires strong field discipline, excellent communication with clinical teams, and the ability to independently manage a high-activity territory.

You will own end-to-end territory growth, source leads, close new business, and align with training and management to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Diagnostics sales experience to providers.
• Ability to self-source leads and close new business.
• Strong organization and independence in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate customers on Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology and other products.
• Develop and manage a territory plan to meet/exceed goals.
• Engage with training, sales tools, and management.
• Maintain regular communication with facilities and staff.
