Job summary

Riesterer & Schnell, Wisconsin’s premier John Deere dealership, seeks a sales professional to manage accounts within a defined territory. You will maintain relationships, identify customer needs, and present solutions across residential, commercial, governmental, and small ag equipment lines.

This role requires a customer-first approach and strong communication. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30 am–5 pm with Saturday rotation 7:30 am–noon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Three+ years of sales experience in a related industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving history.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service through proactive account management.
• Act as a trusted advisor for informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct customer site visits to develop relationships and understand needs.
• Generate sales opportunities through a structured sales process.
• Document significant customer contacts in the CRM system.
