Job summary

OxyMed, INC. is seeking a Sales Consultant – Field Sales to drive field-based sales of CPAP therapy equipment and DME products. This role requires 2+ years of direct field sales experience and involves managing a territory with uncapped commission potential.

Base salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 with commission, targeting total compensation of $85,000 to $125,000+ annually. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the COO/VP of Respiratory Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to healthcare providers.
• Ability to manage a field territory independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with physicians, clinical staff, therapy teams, and healthcare facilities within an assigned territory.
• Conduct field-based sales activities including prospecting, cold outreach, account development, and referral generation.
• Assist healthcare providers and office staff with documentation, prescription processes, insurance requirements, and product selection.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with company revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, account updates, forecasting, and territory metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely patient onboarding, equipment delivery, and service support.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
