Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Sales Professional, Construction in Butler, PA to lead the sales cycle for our post-frame product line. You will use DreamMaker design and costing tools to present projects, monitor construction through completion, and own the territory with a fast-paced, hands-on approach.

The role emphasizes independent work, a self-starter mindset, and strong communication. A base salary with aggressive bonus plans supports substantial earning potential and career growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is helpful.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Sales experience is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell our diversified product line utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software.
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory.
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike.
