Job summary

Senior Helpers Parent Account seeks a Territory Care Manager to oversee ongoing operations and revenue growth in the West Valley territory. You will manage field teams, drive client care quality, and ensure timely scheduling and billing coordination while meeting after-hours on-call needs.

The role blends office presence in the West Valley location with field-based support, requiring strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience highly preferred.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of Auto Insurance with no serious driving violations.

Responsibilities

• Drive billable hours through management of day-to-day operations and providing daily support and leadership to territory’s care teams.
• Coach and provide leadership for territory’s care team striving for success and perform corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinators on the scheduling process to ensure superior care delivery for our clients.
• Maintain availability to respond to territory’s care team as concerns regarding caregivers and clients arise.
• Oversee client billing concerns in correlation with Care Coordinators.
• Provide cross-functional support by assisting with scheduling, care coordination, and field operations as needed.
• Report territory improvement areas regarding bi-weekly KPIs to Regional Management.
