Job summary

Strategic Group, a leading marketing agency, seeks an Activation to Impact Specialist for the High Noon / Lucky One program to drive growth across a 45–50 venue territory in the Denver area. You will merchandise, educate staff, and engage consumers to build consistent brand visibility and trial.

As the frontline representative, you will visit accounts, install POS, manage on-site tastings, and share field insights to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year in marketing or sales in Alcohol/Hospitality preferred.
• Strong understanding of local market, accounts, and consumer dynamics.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in on-premise venues.

Responsibilities

• Educate bar staff and servers about High Noon and Lucky One products.
• Install and maintain branded POS and ensure visibility in accounts.
• Lead tastings and consumer engagements to drive trial and storytelling.
• Capture market insights and report back to management to optimize the program.
