West Side Beer Distributing is seeking a Full-Time Sales Representative in Kalamazoo, MI. You will drive volume, distribution, and in-market execution within an assigned territory, building relationships with store staff and managing inventory.

Expect a $42,000 base salary with potential to earn up to $15,000 in performance-based incentives, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within Sales. Schedule is Monday through Friday with an independent, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior sales, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coverage across multiple accounts as assigned.
• Build and maintain attractive displays following merchandising standards.
• Place orders, stock shelves, and maintain inventories based on store needs.
• Execute promotions, pricing, displays, and brand programs.
• Maintain records of daily activities and orders.
