Job summary

Rare Beauty seeks a Sales & Education Executive to act as brand ambassador and primary contact for retailers in Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego. You will train Beauty Advisors on products, techniques, and service excellence, and manage a field team to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic coaching of Specialists and freelancers, and close collaboration with retail partners to deliver consistent brand experiences across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Training and Education or as an Account Executive in the Cosmetic Industry.
• Excellent management, team development and communication skills.
• Strong time management with ability to prioritise tasks.
• 85% in-store presence with 15% in home office; 25% travel.
• Must reside in Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets in defined territory.
• Coach and develop Sales & Education Specialists to achieve goals.
• Recruit and manage freelance support for field coverage.
• Lead brand training initiatives and in-store education.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and store managers.
