Job summary

Bank of America seeks an Advisory Growth Specialist to own growth of advisory assets by partnering with Financial Advisors and Market Executives. You will identify opportunities, coach advisors, and drive conversions from brokerage to advisory relationships.

You will lead opportunity reviews, manage the pipeline, and collaborate with senior leaders to execute growth strategies while traveling within your territory as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial services experience with advisors or investment management.
• Experience selling investment products or advisory solutions.
• Knowledge of professionally managed investment products and advisory business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort using CRM systems and sales tools to track activity.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Series 7 and 63/65 or 66, or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Market Executives and Financial Advisors to drive growth through conversions, acquisitions, referrals, retention, and wallet share expansion.
• Lead opportunity reviews and pipeline discussions.
• Identify priorities, remove obstacles, and drive accountability.
• Coach advisors on business development and advisory positioning with CIO guidance on portfolio construction.
• Attend client/prospect meetings, articulate the value of advisory relationships, and help close.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, private briefings, and client events with Merrill capabilities.
• Track and report results using data to sharpen time allocation.
