Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree. (ORU graduate preferred.)
• Experience meeting enrollment territory goals or sales conversion targets.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Banner CRM and Salesforce a plus.
• Bi-lingual, Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary recruiter for a specialized territory; generates leads and guides admitted students.
• Gathers data on events and feeders; plans efforts to improve annual results.
• Researches venues for presence; travels to connect with prospective students and influencers.
• Manages recruitment itinerary including fairs, churches, high schools, alumni events.
• Maintains relationships with prospects and deposited students; responds within 24 hours.
• Meets weekly goals and participates in lead generation and registration pushes.
• Articulates ORU's value and assists with enrollment, scholarships, and honors code questions.
• Coordinates other recruitment projects as assigned.
