Job summary

AWP Safety is seeking an Account Manager to secure profitable business for branch locations by selling our services, rentals, and products to energy, broadband, transportation, and construction customers. The role requires building strong customer relationships, meeting sales and margin targets, and coordinating with Operations and other departments to deliver on promises.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; 3-5 years preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with B2B outside sales and account management.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales and cold call appointments with key decision makers.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline across energy, broadband, transportation, and construction clients.
• Identify opportunities, prepare quotes, and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to meet contracted service expectations.
• Travel weekly within assigned territory and promote safety and high-quality service.
