Job summary

Airgas, Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Account Manager for Eau Claire, WI to build and sustain high-value partnerships within our industrial sectors. You will nurture existing accounts and identify new opportunities through a consultative selling approach.

As a trusted advisor, you will coordinate product lines, develop strategic roadmaps, and conduct business reviews to ensure value and margins for Airgas and its customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven success using a consultative sales approach to provide value across solutions.
• Deep knowledge of customer's business and needs.

Responsibilities

• Advance territory growth by deepening client relationships and finding new partnerships.
• Develop a strategic road map to hit sales milestones and manage time effectively.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure high levels of support and value.
• Coordinate information flow across partnership lifecycle to maintain healthy margins.
• Stay updated on products and competitive landscape as a trusted advisor.
• Integrate all product lines into accounts to add value.
