Job summary

Airgas is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager in Eau Claire, WI to grow a defined territory by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities. You will act as a consultative partner, integrating Airgas solutions to deliver value and drive sustainable growth.

You will develop strategic roadmaps, manage time and planning to prioritize opportunities, and communicate plans clearly to customers and stakeholders. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven consultative sales success with multi-layer value for customers.
• Deep knowledge of customers' business, trends, and opportunity spotting.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter with urgency and independence.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build high-value partnerships within the assigned territory.
