Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base within Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. The Territory Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
  • Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting company products/services.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing exceptional service.
  • Gather feedback from clients and communicate insights to the internal teams for product/service improvements.
  • Ensure all client accounts are properly documented and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in the distribution channels, automotive, data center, tenant storage, and automated warehouse markets with regional connections and a strong network.
  • Strong understanding of storage solutions, automation and robotics, material handling, allied warehouse sales trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

We are looking for candidates in the Southwest Region for a remote based position.
