Job summary

Interface, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to grow and support our business across Idaho, Utah, and Montana.

The role focuses on building advocacy for Interface carpet tiles and resilient flooring with A&D firms, end users, and dealers, while expanding specifications in corporate, education, healthcare, and government sectors. You will develop new relationships, leverage our pricing strategy, and collaborate with regional teams to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
• At least three years of sales experience in commercial interiors or related field.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize independent work schedule.
• Willing to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow Interface business across key market segments in Idaho, Utah, and Montana.
• Develop and grow relationships with A&D firms, end users, and dealers to drive specifications.
• Lead negotiations and close opportunities; remove barriers to closing sales.
• Collaborate with regional counterparts and sales support resources.
• Provide timely sales reports and forecasts; manage expenses within budget.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage activities and opportunities.
