Job summary

Right Traffic is seeking a Regional Sales Account Manager to own a sales territory and drive growth across construction, utility, and municipal sectors. You will be in the field, meeting decision-makers on job sites and shaping opportunities from prospecting to close.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will represent our safety-first approach, leveraging knowledge of MOT/TCP design and smart work zone solutions to win new business and expand existing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales in a territory-based role
• Experience selling to construction, utility, public works, or related industrial sectors
• Verifiable track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify new business opportunities and achieve growth targets
• Serve as a safety and logistics partner for clients from site walk to project completion
• Prospect, cold call, and network to win new business in construction/engineering/utility sectors
• Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
• Become an expert on services and technology (MOT/TCP design, smart work zone solutions)
• Prepare and present professional proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service delivery
• Maintain a current CRM pipeline and provide activity/forecast reports
