Qualifications

FR Conversions is seeking a seasoned Territorial Sales Representative with direct experience selling ambulances / emergency vehicles. In this field-based role, you will grow our footprint across a defined territory by leveraging your industry relationships, technical product knowledge, and ability to close sales in the specialized world of emergency and accessible transportation.

As a sales rep in this niche but rapidly growing market, you’ll be trusted to lead outreach efforts, manage regional dealer and commercial accounts, and consult with customers to deliver tailored emergency vehicle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Sales & Account Management

  • Drive sales of emergency vehicles and other EMS vehicles within an assigned territory.
  • Actively manage dealer, municipal, and fleet relationships; identify new channel opportunities through direct outreach and trade show engagement.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable product consultant—educating clients on vehicle specs, up fit options, ADA compliance, and financing solutions.
  • Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure and vehicle delivery.
  • Provide in-person demos and hands-on walkthroughs with end-users (EMS agencies, transport providers, mobility dealers, and fleet managers).

Market Development & Strategy

  • Develop a strategic plan for territory growth, identify high-potential accounts and conversion opportunities.
  • Track competitor offerings and emerging industry trends to inform sales tactics.
  • Represent FR Conversions at key industry expos and regional mobility/EMS events.

Customer Experience & Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, inside sales) to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of converted emergency vehicles, including inspections, documentation, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Capture voice-of-customer feedback to inform product development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and closing skills.
  • Experience working trade shows, performing vehicle demos, and coordinating complex sales cycles.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and strong tech skills (Microsoft Office, mobile tools).
