PlantHouse is a rapidly growing terrarium workshop and plant store. The Plant Crew delivers a welcoming customer experience, from greeting guests to restocking and guiding tours of DIY terrarium builds.

We value hard work, teamwork, creativity, and a passion for plants. Expect weekly pay, an hourly schedule, and shifts including weekends and some evenings as part of a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language.
• Ability to work long hours on your feet.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Ability to multitask.
• Lift up to 50 pounds with assistance (35 pounds unaided).
• Willingness to work weekends, some weekdays, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest has the full PlantHouse experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Direct customers to bar, retail, or DIY terrarium areas.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and sales floor.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and shelf resets.
• Educate customers on plant care and decor options.
• Teach terrarium workshops and support store operations.
