Work closely with grooming, safety, and management to optimize park layout, schedule maintenance, and train staff. This role emphasizes guest safety, high-quality park conditions, and a dynamic terrain park environment for riders of all skill levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a park team and coordinating across departments.
• Strong knowledge of snow safety standards and terrain park design.
• Ability to operate grooming and construction equipment safely.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in winter sports environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain terrain park features to ensure safety and rider enjoyment.
