Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking a Terrain Park Attendant to maintain all terrain park elements and educate guests on proper etiquette. You will help manage park features, signage, and safety to ensure an enjoyable experience for visitors.

The role involves performing daily park maintenance, assisting with terrain park construction tasks, and completing required reports and forms. A strong safety mindset and guest-facing skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience
• Ability to perform laborer duties and park maintenance tasks as required

Responsibilities

• Daily examination and maintenance of all park elements to reduce risk.
• Laborer duties during terrain park construction: shoveling, lifting, raking, digging.
• Monitor and maintain music, fencing, banners, and flags.
• Keep signage visible in the parks.
• Educate guests on terrain park etiquette and Smart Style.
• Monitor elements for risk and close unsafe features until safe to reopen.
• Complete end-of-day closing procedures for all parks and features.
• Complete Park Report daily for Park grooming staff.
• Complete daytime terrain park forms (maps, opening/closing forms, incident forms).
• Contribute to team effort and safety through participation in safety meetings and duties.
