Qualifications

• Terrain brand fan.
• 2+ years of experience building customer relationships or clienteling.
• Passion for interior design.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a service culture delivering extraordinary customer experiences.
• Lead by example in styling, relationship building and clientelling with customers; educate the team on design services.
• Create appointment opportunities to cultivate relationships and drive store metrics.
• Encourage use of technology to transact on the floor, upsell/cross-sell, and engage clientele.
• Share styling knowledge with the team to boost confidence in servicing Terrain customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan events and experiences reflecting local customer interests.
