Job summary

Terminix in Forrest City, AR seeks a full-time Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatment services, acting as the first line of defense in keeping homes safe and pest-free.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Termite control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and understand termite behaviors to determine steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and per guidelines and practices.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures as scheduled and per label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss procedures and modifications.
• Verify that job specifications match each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
