Job summary

Orkin is hiring entry-level Pro staff to protect homes and businesses. You’ll start with paid training and receive a company vehicle, competitive pay, and a 401(k) program. No industry experience required to start a career with growth potential.

You’ll join a team of professionals dedicated to safety, integrity and customer service while earning about $20 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• NoExperienceRequired: we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and learn duties to operate a pest control service route.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within territory.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Solve problems for customers with empathy using Orkin Pro expertise.
• Prepare and install home or business services (attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, etc.).
• Interact with customers to set expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete service-related documentation using provided handheld device.
