Job summary

Western Exterminator Company in Bono, AR is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatments as the first line of defense.

The role requires physical work, climbing, PPE use, and clear customer communication. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn are essential; prior pest-control or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass pre-employment background screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail.
• Flexible with hours, Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatments safely per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments per schedule and label.
• Explain services and discuss conditions with customers.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services.
• Assist with site preparation and safety procedures.
• Work at heights up to 20 feet; navigate crawl spaces.
